**ZOMBIE TROUT**

The zombie trout is back just in time for Halloween. We used our garden fresh reaper peppers that we fermented for 30 days, mixed in some homegrown garlic and onions that we roasted to perfection. The Zombie is on the higher end of the heat scale but is also big on flavor provided by the longer fermentation time and fresh from the garden roasted veggies.
