Our flagship sauce. Fermented red habanero, sweet onion, garlic, carrot, lime and peppercorns. Great on everything from fish to eggs. The Trout sauce is named after our family trips to Lake Taneycomo in Branson, Mo. We would always stop at the hot sauce shop to pick up our favorite sauce before cooking up our trout. This sauce to us is in homage to tradition and we hope you enjoy.
