Lemon Basil Thai

Inspired by my favorite Thai dish “drunken noodles”. We used fermented orange habanero for the heat, basil for that sweet tang and lemon juice to acidify the process. This one is a must try and I look forward to future sauces experimenting with the different types of basil I never knew existed until now…. Enjoy!
